I have always had a keen interest in science. Nature and the world around us provides countless tidbits of fascinating subjects and scenarios. I actually started my first career (which seems like three lifetimes ago) in the field of medical laboratory technology – which is an obvious launching point for a successful career in marketing and design!
The following marketing campaign for The Science World Museum located in British Columbia by Canadian advertising agency Rethink demonstrates that science can both educate and entertain. Using some great guerrilla marketing outdoor displays along with more conventional advertising mediums like billboards and bus shelter signage, the ads get people to think about science in a fun and humorous way. Science isn’t just for geeks anymore! Well done! For now, back to the cage.
