The corporate office needed additional marketing support to help grow market share and increase brand awareness in a highly competitive industry.
What we delivered
In addition to numerous online and print marketing campaigns to promote both the organization and recruit new franchisees and painters, ZOO Media Group conducted extensive market research on behalf of College Pro to help them better understand their industry and target market. ZOO also implemented a US wide marketing and communication program. As their marketing agency, ZOO also designed, researched information on different topics and wrote and launched monthly e-newsletters to over 50,000 homeowners throughout North America. ZOO Media Group also initiated and launched an online consumer contest which included creating a theme, sourcing various partners to donate prizes and designing and developing an interactive microsite. Due to the success of this campaign, College Pro Painters hired ZOO Media Group to also launch an internal sales contest for their 2,000 student franchisees and painters to encourage them to reach for their dreams and realize their potential.
The ongoing success of College Pro Painters speaks for itself. Each year, College Pro franchises paint an average of 30,000 homes in communities across North America. They continue to operate in 29 U.S. states and in 7 Canadian provinces, and every year they recruit, select, and extensively train hundreds of franchise managers to deliver a quality paint job and customer experience, run their own businesses, and uphold the promise of the College Pro Painters brand.
