ZOO Media Group was founded by Sandra and Chris Dugas, who built the agency around a simple idea: combine real creative talent with strategic thinking, and treat every client relationship like it’s meant to last. That approach still shapes everything we do today.

As a Founding Partner and Managing Director at ZOO Media Group, Chris has the experience and the creative intuition to ensure our projects build dynamic brand identities for our clients and leave a lasting impression. His experience includes project management for major organizations like Proctor & Gamble, MDS Labs (now LifeLabs) and the Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corporation. Chris is also a brand development specialist and the Chief Content Editor at ZOO.

Sandra Dugas

Partner | Web Development Consultant & Creative Director

As a Founding Partner, Web Development Consultant, and Creative Director at ZOO Media Group, Sandra brings over 35 years of marketing experience and a Business degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University. She developed her skills and talents working in Marketing and Branding with industry leaders like 3M Canada in London, ON, Imperial Oil in Toronto, and The Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida.

Sandra’s keen eye for building strong brands and innovative marketing strategies has resulted in the creation of highly successful marketing programs for entrepreneurial ventures as well as multi-channel national corporations. She has consulted on and managed over 400 custom web design and development projects, including ecommerce platforms, video gaming websites, contest microsites, and interactive online sales tools.

Sandra’s commitment to excellence ensures that every project is not only on-brand but also inspired, engaging, and strategically designed to fuel long-term business growth.
